Ongoing partnership
Sitowise is a Nordic expert firm in the built environment, and their internal intranet is a key channel for reaching the entire staff. We didn't build the original intranet — we took it over after the fact. We fixed bugs, improved performance, and started building new features — and along the way, we overhauled the entire UI to bring the look up to date.
When a service was built by someone else, the first job is understanding how it's put together and where the pain points are. Once that's clear, it's easier to decide what to fix, what to modernise, and what to rebuild from scratch.

What we've done
Maintenance and continued development
We're responsible for the intranet's maintenance, bug fixes, and performance. At the same time, we develop new features as internal communications needs evolve.
UI overhaul
We fully overhauled the intranet's UI and modernised the look to match Sitowise's current brand.
Prototypes for new service concepts
When Sitowise is exploring new services, we help turn them from something abstract into something you can show real people. The work starts with a workshop to clarify the customer need. Then we move into iterative UI design in Figma — ideas take shape and can be validated before any commitment is made. The result is a Figma prototype Sitowise can use for customer interviews and to move pilot projects forward.
Frontend development support
We support Sitowise's own developers in React work and ensure that new digital services follow a consistent brand look.
